Villa Moving in Abu Dhabi: What Changes at Scale

A villa is not a large apartment. The furniture is heavier, the pieces are often assembled inside the room, and gated communities in Abu Dhabi have access windows that a four-man crew cannot finish inside.

We size crews by rooms, not by square feet. Four bedrooms with a majlis and an outdoor set is an eight-man day, minimum, with a 7-ton closed truck and a second 3-ton for the garden and garage.

Community access matters as much as the furniture. Register the truck plate and crew names with security the day before, or you will spend your first hour at the gate instead of the driveway.
