An office move is a logistics problem disguised as a furniture problem. The trucks are the easy part; the hard part is making sure every person sits down on Monday and finds their own monitor, chair and drawer.
We start with a floor plan of the new office and give every desk a number. Each employee gets stickers with that number, and everything they own — CPU, monitor, drawer, chair, plants — carries it. Nothing moves without a number on it.
IT goes separately. Servers and network gear travel in anti-static wrap in a dedicated vehicle, and we schedule them first so your IT team can start patching while furniture is still being carried.
Packing happens Thursday evening, loading Friday, placement Saturday. That leaves Sunday as a buffer day for snags, which there always are.
The measure of a good office move is simple: how many support tickets you get on the first working morning. Under five for a hundred desks means the mapping was done properly.
