Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote or booking a move with Fast Homes Movers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided in good faith based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing is confirmed once a site survey or detailed inventory is completed. Additional charges may apply if the scope of the move differs materially from what was quoted (e.g., additional items, access difficulties not disclosed).
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for: ensuring all items to be moved are disclosed at booking, providing accurate origin and destination addresses, ensuring items are legally owned by you or you have authority to move them, clearing access routes at both properties, and notifying us of any fragile, high-value, or hazardous items prior to the move date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move date are accepted with no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted price. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Liability & Damage
We take all reasonable care to prevent damage. Our liability for any damage caused during the move is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item at the time of the move, not exceeding the total move cost. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer, or damage resulting from inherent fragility not disclosed at booking.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport: illegal items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, live animals, perishable food, or items that violate UAE law. Inclusion of such items in a move is the customer's sole responsibility.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
